- Encrypted everywhereEvery page and form uses HTTPS encryption, so your information can't be read in transit.
- Passwords are never storedWe keep only a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. Repeated wrong guesses lock sign-in for 15 minutes.
- Cards stay with StripeCard numbers are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch our site or our database.
- Private by defaultYour email, phone and address are never shown on public pages. The donor wall and campaign lists show only what you choose.
- Admins are protected tooOnly approved Foundation admins can see member details. Admin sign-ins are protected, and every admin action is logged.
- Your data, your callDownload everything we hold about you, or close your account, at any time from your account page.

The Troy Delta Chi Education Foundation respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message. If you create a member account, we store the profile details you provide (such as your mailing address, graduation year, and communication preferences). Only you and authorized Foundation admins can see your member profile, and it is never shown on public pages. We do not collect payment details on this website. Online gifts are handled by our third-party giving provider under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to you, to keep alumni and friends informed about the Foundation, and to manage scholarships and events. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Keeping your information safe
Access to messages and records is limited to authorized Foundation volunteers and board members.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing troydcef@gmail.com.
