No account needed. Requests stay pending until a Foundation admin approves them, and you'll get an email at each step.

House rules

  • Reservations are confirmed only after a Foundation admin approves your request. A pending request does not hold a room.
  • Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless arranged in advance.
  • The person who submits the request is responsible for their guests and for any damage during the stay.
  • Respect the house, the undergraduate chapter, and the neighbors. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • No smoking or vaping inside the house. No pets unless approved in advance.
  • Alcohol, where allowed, must follow Troy University policy, Delta Chi risk-management policy, and Alabama law. No one under 21 may be served.
  • Hazing of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • Undergraduate functions use the common areas only. Private rooms are not part of a function.
  • Leave rooms as you found them. Strip used linens, take out trash, and report any problems before you leave.
  • The Foundation may cancel or end any reservation if these rules are not followed.

Cancellation policy

  • You can cancel any time before your arrival date using the link in your confirmation email.
  • Please cancel at least 7 days ahead when possible, so the room can be offered to another brother.
  • Repeated no-shows may affect future approvals.
  • The Foundation may need to cancel a reservation for maintenance, emergencies, or chapter needs. We'll email you as soon as possible if that happens.
  • No payment is collected on this website, so there are no online refunds.

No payment is taken. Your contact details are only seen by Foundation admins and never appear on the public calendar.
